At today`s World Day of Bread I`ve chosen an unusual bread - a bit of bread, a little of dry cake derived from "Japońska Kuchnia Karoliny" a recipe for Japanese bread with ham and egg paste. I really likes it.

Ingredients for the dough:
200 g bread flour
140 ml milk
20 g sugar
20 g butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon instant yeast
In addition:
6-8 slices of ham
3 hard-boiled eggs
mayonnaise, ketchup, shredded cheese
Preparation:
With the abbove ingredients form a smooth dough and let stand for 20 minutes to rise. In the meantime prepare the egg paste - chopped eggs and mayoneise. After 20 minutes knead the dough again and roll. Spread ham and egg paste .
Wrap and and cut into pieces.
For lined with baking paper forms arranged coil up a piece after another.
Set aside in a warm place for rise for about 40-60 min. When the dough doubles in volume sprinkle with grated cheese and pour ketchup.
Preheat the oven to 180 st. Cand bake for 25 min. After 15 min. cover with the aluminum foil.
